Application Process

 

​To nominate a student or family for consideration for a scholarship, please submit the below information to your school admissions representative and encourage them to reach out to the Stacie Lee Belew Scholarship Fund at slbscholarshipfund@gmail.com. Enrollment and financial need will be qualified by the school, with the final award decision resting with the school.

• Description of student, including academic and extracurricular information as well as any special needs or circumstances

• Comments from administrator or teacher(s) about student (optional)

• Description of family situation and how student would benefit from scholarship
