ATTENDANCE PRIZES FOR ALL CHILDREN ON TEAMS! (Age 14 and under)

 

RAFFLE PRIZES: Tickets will be available for purchase with CASH or CHECK only. Ticket prices: $5 for 5 tickets, $10 for 15 tickets, or $20 for an arm’s length of tickets.  Back by popular demand, we are again raffling off a “Wheelbarrow of Booze” for which there are only 52 chances to win! Tickets are $20 per chance.

COST: $210/Team (6-person teams). Includes: Bowling, shoe rental and food/drinks. Sponsorship and Registration Fees are tax-deductible donations to the Stacie Lee Belew Scholarship Fund.

• When re-routed to PayPal for payment, it will say "Donate to Renaissance Charitable Foundation Inc" with "Bowling for Scholarships Registration Form" listed below. This is correct. After payment, it will say "Thanks for donating to Renaissance Charitable Foundation Inc." Again, this is correct and your donation will be made to the SLB Scholarship Fund, which is held by RCF.
